regfile, which adds the missing registry keys for XAudio2_0.dll

This regfile adds the registry keys for XAudio2_0.dll, which are needed by
cod5. You also have to copy the XAudio2_0.dll in the windows/system32/
directory. You could get a copy from ms (it should be in the MS DirectX 9 user
redistributable).
