[Bug 44800] FL Studio: Attempting to minimize FL Studio shows a small label instead

Still happening as of Wine 3.9.

Unfortunately as of the recently released FL Studio 20, it's very difficult to
minimize the program as the "small label" I was talking about now disappears
very quickly after clicking the minimize button or pressing the minimize
keyboard shortcut (provided by my OS).
