I get the same 'DLL not found shell.dll16.dll' error message when trying to
start Secret Files: Tunguska (digital distribution release), without a no-cd
crack.
Running ProtectionID on the game's executables revealed that they're protected
by Tages v.5.5.2

Out of curiosity, I checked 'Beer_Tycoon.exe' with ProtectionID: it reported
the same: Tages v5.5.2 protected.
