[Bug 55914] PNGGauntlet doesn't install it's support programs

Camtasia (https://download.techsmith.com/camtasiastudio/enu/603/camtasia.msi)
has a similar issue, it doesn't always install its XceedZip.dll (and possibly
others).
The program needs "winetricks -q vcrun2008"

Installing in the default folder seems to always work. But when I select C:\c
it only sometimes works. Again, this seems to be related to using the mouse
(works) or keyboard (doesn't work) when inputting the path.
