Hi Jumper,

Good point regarding that 'Not Trusted' when attempting to download webengine.
I need to submit that as another bug. That used to work ok.

There is a work around. The msi file is downloaded into a temp directory. You
can access it from this directory then use msiexec /i xxxx etc to attempt to
install it. I leave for detailed info ASAP.
