Hack that avoids freezing

It also happens with just cmd running inside wineconsole, so the problem is not
specific for Far Manager.

Following line is suspicious if started with WINEDEBUG=+event:
0030:trace:event:handle_wm_state_notify not restoring to max win
0x2006e/6600001 style 34ce0000

Attached hack fixes the problem and shows the cause.
