Terminal output

On start, the program opens a crash report dialog that says "The QuarkXPress
application has unexpectedly quit..." and the following error appears in the
terminal:

System.InvalidOperationException: The calling thread must be STA, because many
UI components require this.

`winetricks dotnet48` fixes it.
