[Bug 36226] d3d9.dll mod not supported by onbard Intel graphic under OS X (running Fallout 3)

Several users confirmed that the ATI fake in Fallout 3 works fine using the
attached d3d9.dll file on Windows under Parallels and Bootcamp. It does not
work under Wine.
