Reproduction steps: - Launch SC2 - Start a game - Make a control group (e.g. select drone and press control + 1) - Move the camera away from the unit - Quickly press the shortcut twice (e.g. 1 1) - The camera should frame around the unit. It does so when the application is launched with NumLock off, but does not when launched with NumLock on.
