[Bug 20041] Multiplayer not working for Rise of Nation Gold

After testing lots of wine versions with the same install, seems to me like
1.1.20 is the last version to work with Rise of Nations multiplayer game.

1.1.21 and later show "Unable to establish a network connection."

Seems like a regression in 1.1.21, perpetuated until today, perhaps in
DirectPlay, perpetuated until today.
