[Bug 33657] Garena didn't start with ADMINISTRATOR privileges

I test only: 1.4.1  ; 1.5.3.0 ; 1.5.3.1 and didn't start now. After last Garena
update, 

I can upload log from 1.5.3.1, but i think it's will be same from 1.5.3.0

This problem I had, but deal with it if I remember correctly re-install Wine
and then it went. Now it did not help and I even tried format HDD and reinstall
the OS and still nothing.
