Still present in wine-1.7.16-133-gd8ca8c2.

$ sha1sum /mnt/wine/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe 
8989c95bbaa4af28d7730125ec32d7fa2dba6796  /mnt/wine/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe

Unfortunately the native rpcrt4.dll workaround no longer works.
