Using native crypt32, - winestricks seems to get it from
win2ksp4/W2KSP4_EN.EXE, and
winxp/Service_Packs/WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe - I got

"Package signature verification Failed. Click Help for details"

This certainly looks like the installer requires a recent crypt32 feature.
