Misha's patch rebased for wine-1.5.3


Hearts of Iron 3 is another game which crashes with builtin d3dx9_36.dll:

wine: Call from 0x7b83ab13 to unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateRenderToSurface, aborting

I rebased Misha Koshelev's patch for wine-1.5.3-164-gdec3d50.
