[Bug 21401] Star Trek Online crashes during loading screen

Turns out my dual monitor setup was causing problems.  Running with a wine
desktop resolution the size of only one monitor fixed the "Fatal Error" box:

wine explorer /desktop=0,1920x1200 "C:\Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek
Online.exe"

Confirmed that the hacks repo + above patches allows STO to run very well!
