Your log ends with X errors.  It seems like a problem with the X server.  Are
you using XQuartz or some Wine wrapper that bundles an X server?

You could try running with the +synchronous logging channel enabled to see if
that clarifies what's causing the error.  Things may run too slowly with that
enabled, though.

Have you tried using the Mac driver?
