[Bug 23257] TAGAP: mouse input doesn't work

Mouse is still unusable in the game with wine-1.3.17-320-g1372692.
I observed certain changes in the behaviour of mouse (compared to previous Wine
versions):
the mouse pointer is invisible in the menus now: it becomes visible if I press
a key on the keyboard but it disappears immediately if I move the mouse.
