Sometimes this results in instability on apps/games due to its nature of being "bleeding edge" development. On the other side having more people using development branch releases provides rapid feedback/more testing depth which helps Wine development in general. https://wiki.winehq.org/Download (check for you distro or compatible ones) But even then, an upgrade to recent Wine 6.23 or soon-to-be-released Wine 7.0 won't help in this case to make the app fully functional.
