[Bug 57708] When launching at any point, wine launches about once per second and completely fills the taskbar and force quit window.

Is this still the case with 10.0?

Can you try running it from a terminal and see if there's any output?

Note: in theory you could use `wineserver -k` to kill all processes, though if
things are really wrong that may not work.
