If it means importing pictures, then I can't reproduce this. Importing pictures into a tree works fine in 1.9.24. I tested the current version of the app, family_tree_builder_8333.exe. That's probably not what the OR used a year ago, but there's no way to tell from this report what version he/she used. Marking WORKSFORME.
