well that I don't have. I don't do Windows at all, I just tracked this
bug down and I think this should be enough to make some informed
decision.

So far I got zip technical response. Some of you guys must be
able to agree or disagree if this is a bug or not, if the
impl. is OK or not based on what is already present.
