Klabutong began to work on my system after OpenGL became the default renderer (1.3.28). However, gdi still produced the same crash. Since this commit, the game starts correctly, whether gdi or opengl is in use: http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/0f9dfb932e51efa844283d28d7aa9be...
