Someone in the winehq user forum with a very similar issue mentioned, that switching to 32 bit color depth in the battle.net options might help. I don't have battle.net installed under linux, so I can't try at the moment.
It's true. I had this problem but with the Battle.net launcher, go to settings and then check the "Launch 32-bit client (instead of 64-bit)." option.
