[Bug 34700] League of Legends - LoLauncher encountered severe errors and had to be discontinued

Hello, I just checked 34448 ( similar issue as mine ) 
But that didn't help me either.

1. how do I add the patch : ole-force-inproc-instead-of-local.patch ?
2. Adobe AIR doesn't install 
   ( no error message ! - installer downloads - that's it )
   Note : I also tried installing FlashPlayer just to see. - and it worked

Therefore, the described solution didn't work for me.
Any ideas ?
