[Bug 10771] Dialogs broken in Origin7/7.5/8, msxml needs to support ISupportErrorInfo?

Attach +tid,+msxml running current Wine please (if a problem is still here). By
the way I don't think that error support is a real problem, in a first place
there shouldn't be any errors most likely.
