[Bug 56986] Cursor flickering in Infinity Engine games

Is tested WINE builds as far back as WINE 5.0, all were affected. So I no
longer think this is a regression.

On the other hand I noticed that the flickering only happens when these two
conditions are met:
- the game is run in full screen mode (no flickering in windowed mode)
- the game is run in a WINE virtual desktop (no flickering if no virtual
desktop is set)
