EVE has changed some network functionality and it's know to cause multiple
issues  on Windows (but primarily on machines that use some special
network-related  tools like sniffers or NetLimiter), so problem may be complex.
For me - it works like a charm.

Could you please describe your network configuration and list network-related
software?
