[Bug 12275] Democracy crashes in wined3d

The issue is still present in wine-1.1.34-469-g33a1934 with the Democracy demo.
Interestingly, starting the game with WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh allows the game to
start for that particular run and subsequent runs.
