so this happens, when updating a 10.0 profile to a 11.0 profile: 

regsvr32: Successfully unregistered DLL
'C:\windows\\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\diasymreader.dll'
regsvr32: Successfully unregistered DLL
'C:\windows\\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\diasymreader.dll'

this might be somehow related, since union patches require dotnet v4 I guess
