[Bug 28863] SecuROM 8.xx: games require activation on each start

Good thing was, first the game crashes at startup, but from 1.3.2x somewhere
the game starts to show the activation screen. Thats a good thing, but
unfortunatly the activation screen returns everytime on restart...
