1.7.4 log with +tid,+wgl

Hi Ken,

Sorry for the delay. I've just applied the /dlls/opengl32/wgl.c portion of the
patch to Wine 1.7.4 (/dlls/winemac.drv/opengl.c was already present) and it's
still slow so I've attached a new +tid, +wgl log.
