[Bug 24532] can't take screenshots (BitBlt and friends)

1) output of the test is "test.bmp" containing the screenshot
2) no full screen. did not test this. attatched is a "bad" screenshot.

my desktop is 1680x1050
notepad is placed at 13,162 window size == 468x268 .
in the screenshot lower and left part is cut off even though the window is
unobscured by any other window.

btw, ubuntu maverick
