[Bug 21604] Office 2003: can no longer insert picture from file without manually setting override for gdiplus

The crash is gone in wine-1.1.39-163-g583f0f0, and jpegs display fine. However,
inserted gifs still display as solid black boxes. Most pngs now display as
solid white boxes, so they're not even visible unless selected, though I did
have a couple that displayed properly. Both filetypes display fine when using
Office's own gdiplus.
