[Bug 31943] Perfect World International Hangs

So..... What you're suggesting is that I should try to apply 2 patches. One to
libxcb and the other to wine and to see if that fixes the problem? I currently
have installed libxcb-1.8.1.

The patches should be:

 Add the X11/GL lock back around XCheckIfEvent
 Fix for the libxcb poll() issue
