[Bug 29380] Sonic Generations: needs "C:\users\<username>\My Documents\My Games" to exist

When I create a new prefix this folder is not created for me, are you sure this
is no longer a problem in a clean prefix? Maybe something else changed in wine
and the game itself creates the folder and now it works?
