[Bug 58280] ME: Andromeda (Steam) graphics are barely drawn

Exiting and restarting the game, as well as going between the main and
multiplayer menus SOMETIMES causes the graphics to draw correctly. I can't find
a specific trigger. The same is true whether using full screen or windows mode
(ALT+RETURN).

Tried turning HDR on/off but it makes no difference.
