Bug 24623 says the buttons do work in Win 7 mode once dotnet3 is installed. If installing dotnet3 solves the problem then:
A. This is a duplicate of that bug; and B. This is definitely minor.
Updating title: listing every major release of Windows doesn't achieve much.
I have just reread 24623 which says: "To get the installer started, first install dotnet30 with winetricks and then set Windows version to Windows 7."
