ARM would be reasonable, just ARM64 is questionable because "Program Files (x86)" won't exist
FWIW, Windows 10 on ARM64 right now has got three Program Files directories; the plain "Program Files" whih has got ARM64 binaries, then "Program Files (Arm)" with ARM32 binaries, and finally "Program Files (x86)" with i386 binaries. I tested building and running dlls/msi/tests/action, and got 113 test failures.
