The source may be accessable in China. I assumed it wasn't because a Chinese
person came into the IRC channel #winehq the other day saying so. They were
getting 'not found' and 'address is invalid' errors. He ended up using this
source: http://www.westernpacificresearch.com/downloads/msie60.exe but it is a
bit risky having to search for other third-party sources.
