Thanks for the link.  Ahhh - "Available in Windows Vista and later versions of
the Windows operating systems."  I had wondered why I'd not noticed your error
message before.  Looks to be a red herring.  If you choose WinXP as the version
ID then your ERROR vanishes.

Sadly, it doesn't have any bearing on this crash/bug.
