Novice user of Linux Mint 17.2

Simply trying to install Wine 3.0.

Follow WineHQ install instructions. 

CMD reads:

@ ~ $ sudo apt-add-repository 'deb
https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/trusty main'
@ ~ $ sudo apt-get update
E: Malformed line 1 in source list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list (dist parse)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
@ ~ $ sudo apt-get install --install-recommends winehq-stable
Reading package lists... Error!
E: Malformed line 1 in source list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list (dist parse)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.


Wine install fails. 

I hope I haven't made a nooby mistakes. I don't mean to divert your attention.
