I'm attaching WINEDEBUG=+wintab32 debug logs for gimp 3.0.6 (official gimp.org installer) and wtcapt.exe (a tablet debugging program published by wacom) Wine version is 11.0-rc4 from the official WineHQ PPA -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
