[Bug 6095] MOTD in counter-strike 1.6 does not render

It's not a "new Gecko engine in Wine 1.5.22". CS 1.6 client changed rendering
engine to webkit. Anyway launhing CS 1.6 with wine actual only for racked
version of CS, which still don't work propertly. Steam version now has a native
client for linux and mac.
