[Bug 29365] Internet Explorer 8 fails to submit a URL to VirusTotal for analysis

I increased debug, and it actually says why request failed:

"You are seeing this message because this HTTPS site requires a 'Referer\n  
header' to be sent by your Web browser, but none was sent"

Builtin msxml doesn't send referer?
