[Bug 40578] "msiexec /uninstall ..." shows "Install" button.

This happens on Windows too if you run it with full UI:

  msiexec /uninstall mono-4.0.2-gtksharp-2.12.26-win32-0.msi /qf

We could change msiexec to run uninstall with basic UI like Windows does, but
the basic dialogs are not implemented, so there would be no feedback.
