[Bug 35335] MSVC 2013 C compiler (cl.exe) fails/crashes

The fact that it crashed when run with WINEDEBUG=+all seemed to be the real red
herring here (MSVC 2012, which otherwise runs just fine in wine, also crashes
if run with WINEDEBUG=+all).

One patch that actually solves the issue is
