Not a wine bug indeed. Winetricks isn't supported by wine.

You can scroll down to reporting bugs in winetricks. But try downloading the
new version of winetricks first

rm winetricks
wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks

and then

chmod +x winetricks
sudo mv winetricks /usr/local/bin

if you also want to install it
