[Bug 49550] `winetricks -q sandbox dirac` gives an unusable window (winetricks-test)

This also affects dotnet20, but for whatever reason, only in a 64-bit prefix
with WINE=wine64. Other dotnet versions aren't affected.

To reproduce:
WINE=wine64 winetricks -q --verify sandbox dotnet20
