[Bug 20444] Doom3 CD version installer fails instead of asking for another CD

Forgot to mention. After CD3 it truly asks you for CD1 again because of
Safedisk protection. Exactly as you predicted, Focht ;) But the protection was
removed later anyway:

 * Doom3-v1.0.1262.exe - on CD - SafeDisc v3.20.022
 * Doom3-v1.0.1282.exe - v1.1  - SafeDisc v3.20.022
 * Doom3-v1.2.1287.exe - v1.2  - no safedisk
 * Doom3-v1.3.1302.exe - v1.3  - no safedisk
