NSIS script

NSIS script showing the problem.

Create the installer as:
```
makensis desktop_icon_setup.nsi
```

"Install" the program as:
```
wine desktop_icon_setup.exe /LocalUser
```
or
```
wine desktop_icon_setup.exe /AllUsers
```

and install using `wine uninstaller`
